Year 5 Digital Resources List – Apps and Novels<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Every Year 5 student is required to load ALL the iPad resources listed below.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Many of these apps are retained from Year 4 and some can be retained for Year 6 and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most apps are free, but it is important to install the apps with a cost at the start of the year.
Please do not wait until the app is needed in class, because then it will be too late.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the Apple App Store, 2026 list<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

These are core apps that will be used across a range of subjects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note: The Microsoft 365 suite has replaced the Apple apps of Pages, Numbers and Keynote, which are no longer used and can be removed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the student’s iPad, tap each of the following icons, which will take you directly to the app’s page in the App Store from where you can install the app.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students have the option of purchasing a digital version of the novel with a tap of the icon below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
